Troubleshooting Your Charger
We are here to ensure you get the help and support you may need when your EV charger has a fault or operational issue. Complete the questions below to allow diagnose the problem and point you in the right direction.
 
Please note that all chargers and installation electrics come with a 3 year warranty, Any installation outside of this time period is no longer covered under warranty and as such any maintenance or work needed will be charged at market rates.
 

Please note that chargers come with a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer who you can contact directly to fix.

    Step 1: Power Fault Check

    Is your charger experiencing a power issue (e.g., no power, electrical/fuse board supply problem)?

    ⚠ Electrical Issue Detected

    Your issue is related to your electrical supply. Once your installation is within the 3 year period we are happy to send an electrician to your property to diagnose and fix the electrical issue.

    Please Note: If a technician is dispatched and the issue is a charger fault, you will be charged €100.

    If we dispatch an electrician and during inspection it is identified that the cause of the electrical issue/fauly issue is due to interference by a third party you will also be liable for all charges to correct the electrical error.

    EO Charging

    As the Electrical installation and hardware is not the issue it is likely a software problem. As such you will need to contact the manufacturer EO to allow them to dial in remotely from their support center to diagnose the issue and they will advise you from there

    Zappi

    As the Electrical installation and hardware is not the issue it is likely a software problem. As such you will need to contact the manufacturer Zappi to allow them to dial in remotely from their support center to diagnose the issue and they will advise you from there

    OHME

    As the Electrical installation and hardware is not the issue it is likely a software problem. As such you will need to contact the manufacturer Ohme to allow them to dial in remotely from their support center to diagnose the issue and they will advise you from there

    Wallbox

    As the Electrical installation and hardware is not the issue it is likely a software problem. As such you will need to contact the manufacturer Wallbox to allow them to dial in remotely from their support center to diagnose the issue and they will advise you from there
